Based in the Dublin office, Manish is an Associate Director in the Real Estate Corporate Ratings team of S&P Global Ratings. He joined S&P Global Ratings in 2011 and covers real estate holding companies, developers/homebuilders as well as building material companies in EMEA, with a focus on the European real estate market. He is responsible for the surveillance of about 25 corporate credit ratings and primary analyst of companies such as CRH Plc, Aroundtown S.A, Grand City Properties S.A, Heimstaden Bostad, Covivio S.A, CBRE Pan European Core Fund, and Covivio Hotels. He also contributes to sector research publications on European Real Estate markets.
He is also an ESG real estate sector expert, where he is responsible for supporting sustainable team on real estate sector work.
Prior to joining S&P, Manish worked in the Merger and Acquisitions team at a Corporate Group in India, negotiating and structuring private equity deals and focusing on other corporate finance related activities.
Manish holds a degree in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in Commerce from University of Pune and Delhi.
