The laughter yoga movement was founded by Dr Madan Kataria in 1995, a medical doctor from Mumbai, known as the ‘Guru of Giggling’! The exercises are a combination of gentle yogic breathing, stretching, playful movement and laughter. A universal language, laughter breaks down social barriers and unites people. This 20 minute lunch break activity is an opportunity to extend yourself outside your comfort zone and will leave you fully energised for the rest of the conference.
There’s no need to bring any change of clothing for this activity but you will be kicking off your shoes.
